Not everything is bad in the set. Kat makes a ton of friends, including the notorious the sexy Henry Trenton who wears a different hat every day and can get into any character the hat demands. What is his secret? He asks her on a date twice, but bails. The tabloids Kat likes to read and the other actors have painted an unfavorable image of Henry, so him bailing hurts but doesn’t exactly surprise her. Instead of getting her own opinion of him, Kat simply goes along with what others say even when they’re not the best of people.
Izzy Engel was just horrible to Kat on set. I couldn’t believe Kat didn’t see through Izzy’s good girl persona. I still don’t get if Izzy was interested in Henry or if she just wanted to make him feel unwanted. Josh Wickham is always a bit of a jerk, but maybe more son here, snapping at poor Kat.
As an actress, Kat has lost sight of who she really is when not on set. But Henry knows exactly who he is and knows the characters he plays in movies are just hats he can put on and take off right after. He will have to prove to Kat he’s different, but a personal matter destroys what little trust they built. Will Henry ever trust her? Will Kat ever forgive him?
