This week’s musing is…
Are you currently collecting any authors? Why? Do you have all of their books? If not, why not? Did you buy all the books in the collection at the same time, or did you buy a book here, a book there? Have you actually read all the collection? If not, why not?
This calls for a fabulous top ten list of the authors I'm collecting. And by collecting I mean I will buy anything and everything they write. Why do I collect them? You could say their work has rocked my world in some way or another. Their stories are the ones I'll probably be reading my kids one day. Of course I wouldn't read Anita Blake to my kid, but you get my meaning. Hmm some I've bought all their books, others just their YA collections. As for buying them at the same time or not it depends. I bought like 6 of the Anita books in one trip, Tamora Pierce's books I got in omnibus editions that are 4-in-1 or 2-in-1, and the Sookie Stackhouse books were a box set gift. The rest I've bought as they get released. I've read all the books listed below except for the last 3 Malazan books, and the Sookie Stackhouse series. I know, I know. I better read Sookie soon or else ^__^'
