This week question is:
If you could "unread" a book, which one would it be? Is it because you want to start over and experience it again for the first time? Or because it was THAT bad?
Like our FF host miss Alison I too would unread Harry Potter just to get that magical feel all over again. Don't get me wrong. The magic is still there every time I re-read the books, but that initial wonder is gone because I already know the story. Also, I'd like to unread it and this time read it in order! My first HP book was The Chamber of Secrets, which is book two. Then I got book three, and then I got the first one. Crazy, I know.
As for unreading a book because it was bad...I would love to, but as a writer I'm glad I can't. Reading bad books teaches me what NOT to do in my own writing, and pushes me to think of ways that I think would've worked better. ^____^
